About Us

Founded in 2002 by Aaron Ling and Steve Leong, Incendo Ventures Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as Elastique Technologies Sdn. Bhd) was formed as a software engineering company to develop and sell software systems to improve the operations of small and medium size businesses. We developed software that are simple, affordable and expandable to target a SME businesses that are growing and have great necessity for IT systems to help make the company more competitive. Hence we developed our first product known as Workshop Pro for the automobile service and repair industry. From then on, Incendo has developed and marketed a complete suite of software solutions for the automobile industry as well as accounting and inventory software solutions for a wide range of businesses.

Today Incendo Ventures breathe new life into entrepreneurs with promising technology creations as well other innovative products. With strategic intent leading the charge we understand that success ultimately lies in the details and the implementation. We drive strategy and implementation, and take a very pragmatic approach to building new businesses and products. Founders

Aaron Ling T.C

Aaron is a permanent resident of Australia but currently lives and works in Malaysia. He is involved in the development of the company’s corporate strategies as well as the management of the company’s business operations. Aaron also performs strategic and hands-on management roles to assist entrepreneurs to develop new technological and other non-technology related products. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Western Australia as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Strathclyde, U.K. With over 8 years of strategic planning, technical consultation, business development, branding and marketing experience in the information technology industry, Aaron brings a unique no-nonsense perspective to the management and creation of new ventures, business units, and business strategies.

Steve Leong Y.F

Bringing on board over a decade of experience in accounting solutions, database management solutions and technical development, Steve is in charge of all R&D, product development, and consulting activities of the company. He has a Bachelor of Business Degree from Southbank University, U.K. Steve’s hands on management and leadership abilities has brought about growth of the clientele base of Incendo to hundreds of clients including large multinational companies spanning all over Malaysia and Singapore since the inception of the company in 2002.

The Practical Car Parts system by Incendo Ventures is designed for the everyday usage of an automobile parts trading company. It features advance inventory management controls that is designed for heavy volume item trading transactions of European car parts with special part numbers. It also has an advance search feature to make searching for parts with unique part number with speed and ease. This system is fully integrated to the with Practical Accounting back end.

Workshop Pro TCE is a fully integrated truck service management system developed to enhance the daily operations of a truck servicing and repair centre. This latest release is tailored to the specific needs of the truck servicing and repair industry thus focuses on providing tools and features that no general software can provide. This version has the ability to maintain the vehicle’s service history, automatically schedule future maintenance servicing, produce reminder for service due, establish relationship between clients and vehicles, managing the movement of tyres on trucks, and much more as described below.
Workshop Pro TCE fully integrates Account Receivable and Account Payable with the transaction windows. There is no month-end and year-end update required. Ageing reports and statements of account can be generated whenever necessary. The results generated always represent the latest transacted information. Customer/ creditor credit note/debit note is incorporated to make the system comprehensive. Cash module and bank reconciliation module allows the user to analyze the cash flow status of the company. Additionally, it also helps user to plan daily cash in and out activities.
Workshop Pro TCE comes with a comprehensive Inventory Control System module that allows the user to keep track of the status and quantity of inventories. This module is integrated with the AR/AP module. Once invoices are generated, stock quantity and costing will be updated instantaneously. Inventory categorization also allows the user to generate inventory sales report by stock category or class. The system will also notify the user when inventory levels are low.
Workshop Pro TCE supports multi-trucks with single client ownership. The system is able to analyze individual trucks for service maintenance schedule and future service items. In addition, this version of the software allows the user to:

  • Manage and track re-threaded tyres
  • Calculation of Cost per km (CPK) by tyre

Many 3S centers are using numerous software to mange their business. For instance, a workshop management system that manages the after sales activities, a vehicle sales software that manages the sales activities, another individual accounting solution for the purpose of account. As a result of a disintegrated system, additional manual update and data posting among different software need to be done manually. It results in redundancy of work and inconsistent of data. WorkshopPro is able to store vehicle and customer information separately. Consequently, user can establish the relationship between customer and vehicle. Multiple vehicles can be stored in a single customer. By doing so, the system will be able to keep track service history for each vehicle while all invoices will be group under the customer(owner). Hence, customer statement of account and aging report will combine owner's vehicles transactions.

Ease of access of vehicle history record

WorkshoPro enables you to access vehicle service record from job card windows, customer windows and also invoice windows. User may simply click on History button to access service history of a vehicle and customer. Besides, WorkshopPro allows user to filter the service record by service type (Part or Labour) and customer record irregardless of vehicle or individual vehicle record. User may even filter for specific part item.

WorkshopPro appointment features time and bay allocation for appointment booking. It can log the time and service bay for an appointment. It enables user to view all appointment at one glance. Besides, the appointment module is able to interface with Job Card Module. An appointment job card can be pre-generated prior customer arrival. Consequently convert to open job card upon customer arrival.

Job card stores information like customer job specification and general information of a job e.g. vehicle/ customer information, date, time, service advisor and etc.

Keeping track of parts issued to job order

Part issue refers to spare part that is delivered for the job. Storekeeper is able to keep track the list of spare parts that are delivered to specific job. Besides, workshopPro is able to generate KIV stock list.(Part issued but not bill item). The system keep track of the time and date when the part is issued. In addition, it also keep track mechanic whom the part deliver to.

WorkshopPro invoicing module allows user to group bills in 3 categories i.e. cash, invoice and internal. There are three running number for each group of invoice type. Accounting module and inventory module are fully integrated to the invoicing module. As such, the system will deduct stock level and update general ledger instantly after invoice is saved.

Warranty Claim

Warranty Claim module is another type of invoice to facilitate billing for free service and warranty claim for authorized service center. It is integrated to the invoice module where user is allowed to specify item that is fall under free service and warranty items. Subsequently, WorkshopPro also keep track status for outstanding free service and warranty claim.

Unlike conventional software, WorkshopPro inventory module is using icon driven search key to speed up the searching process. WorkshopPro allows you to categorise inventory in category, class and brand. WorkshopPro inventory module is using FIFO costing method. WorkshopPro also enables you to manage your inventory by physical quantity and book quantity.

Purchase Invoice

Whereas, purchase invoice is the final document of purchase procedure. Purchase invoice will update book quantity of the inventory. However, you may also skip the purchase order and also goods received note process. The system will still update stock level correctly if you enter only Purchase Invoice.

Purchasing Process

Purchasing module consist of Purchase Order, Goods Received Notes and Purchase Invoice. Purchase Order is to facilitate stock ordering process.

Goods received note is for updating supplier delivery order and updating physical stock quantity.

WorkshopPro Vehicle sales module is designed to handle sales and purchase transactions for both new car sales (standard rated GST) and used car sales (Margin Scheme). It is aimed to provide comprehensive information to manage the vehicle sales process and to keep track of profit/costing of the vehicle sales. The vehicle sales module also features vehicle inventory management to keep track vehicle stock balance. Vehicle sales module is fully integrated to the accounting module. Hence, all transactions are posted to the general ledger automatically.

Vehicle booking manages status of customer booking. It stores customer information, vehicle information and sales price information. It also keeps track of the loan application status.
